Terms Of Use

General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between the User ("you") and the Company ("we", "the Service") regarding the use of the online food ordering and delivery platform ("Platform").
1.2. By using the Platform, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
Definitions
2.1. "User" means an individual who has registered on the Platform and placed an order.
2.2. "Restaurant" means a partner of the Service that accepts orders for food preparation.
2.3. "Courier" means a person who transports orders from the Restaurants to the User.
2.4. "Available Addresses" means delivery points predetermined by the Service, from which the User selects one.
2.5. "Delivery Window" means the time interval chosen by the User for order receipt.
2.6. "Partial Order" means a portion of the overall order assigned to a particular Restaurant for fulfillment.
Description of Services
3.1. The Service allows the User to choose on of the Available Addresses and a Delivery Window.
3.2. After order confirmation, the Service splits the overall order into Partial Orders for each participating Restaurant.
3.3. Each Restaurant receives its Partial Order and begins preparing the requested dishes.
3.4. When all Partial Orders are ready, the Service assigns the nearest Courier to each Restaurant to collect and transport the Partial Orders to a meeting point.
3.5. At the meeting point, one Courier (the Lead Courier) consolidates all Partial Orders into a complete order and delivers it to the chosen Available Address.
Account Registration and Security
4.1. To place an order, the User must register by providing accurate contact information.
4.2. The User agrees to keep their account information up to date.
4.3. The User is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Any actions taken using the User’s account are considered performed by the User.
Rights and Responsibilities
5.1. User Rights:
5.1.1. To use the Platform for placing and tracking orders.
5.1.2. To cancel an order prior to the start of preparation of the first Partial Order, unless otherwise specified by the Restaurant.
5.2. User Responsibilities:
5.2.1. To receive the order within the selected Delivery Window.
5.2.2. To comply with any rules or guidelines provided for safe receipt of the order.
5.2.3. To pay for the order and delivery service in accordance with the applicable rates.
5.3. Service Rights:
5.3.1. To refuse service if the User violates these Terms.
5.3.2. To modify the list of Available Addresses and Delivery Windows at its discretion.
5.4. Service Responsibilities:
5.4.1. To maintain the technical operability of the Platform.
5.4.2. To coordinate interactions among the User, Restaurants, and Couriers.
5.4.3. To provide timely status updates regarding the User’s order.
Order Splitting and Consolidation Process
6.1. Upon confirmation, the Platform automatically divides the overall order into Partial Orders for each selected Restaurant.
6.2. Preparation times for different Partial Orders may vary. Couriers are dispatched to Restaurants only after all Partial Orders are ready.
6.3. Couriers deliver their respective Partial Orders to a predetermined meeting point, where the Lead Courier consolidates them.
6.4. The Lead Courier is responsible for the completeness and integrity of the order during final delivery.
Pricing and Payment
7.1. Delivery fees are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the distance from the meeting point to the selected Available Address.
7.2. Payment may be made online at the time of order placement.
7.3. The Service reserves the right to charge cancellation fees in accordance with the cancellation policy of the relevant Restaurant.
Liability
8.1. The Service is not liable for food quality or preparation times—these are the responsibility of the Restaurants.
8.2. The Service is liable for the organization of delivery, excluding force majeure events.
8.3. Couriers are responsible for the safety and integrity of orders during transportation and consolidation.
8.4. Users may address claims regarding food quality directly to the Restaurant.
Privacy and Data Processing
9.1. The Service collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
9.2. By using the Platform, the User consents to the processing of their data for order fulfillment and service improvement.
Changes to Terms
10.1. The Service reserves the right to modify these Terms. Revised Terms become effective upon publication on the Platform.
10.2. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
11.1. The Service may suspend or terminate a User’s access for material breach of these Terms.
11.2. The User may stop using the Platform at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.
12.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the jurisdiction where the Company is registered.
